The job that gets little compliments
This scene from “Young Sheldon” caught my attention a few weeks ago.
Mother:You are a good mom
Daughter: Thanks mom! (close to tears) I don’t remember the last time someone told me this
Mother: Don’t worry. This is a job that gets little compliments.
There are mothers who stretch themselves to the point of fatigue just to please their partners, friends or family. This scene should remind you that you are doing a great job! and the mere fact that you are getting less compliments means you are a mother. lol
